Facet arthropathy and degenerative disk disease are two of the commonest causes of neck pain and represent arthritis of the cervical spine. Many disk problems are amenable to regenerative therapy with stem cell rich Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF).

Patient selection is very important to optimize outcomes. Many forms of neck pain are essentially due to arthritis of the facet joints (small joints where vertebra connect to their adjacent vertebrae). PSCTC employs a degenerative neck disease protocol wherein we take advantage of the anti-inflammatory and healing effects of SVF (again, rich in mesenchymal stem cells and growth factors). This particular protocol uses an advanced method of target plotting using MRI with gadolinium contrast to recognize inflamed or degenerated areas of your cervical spine. Once the targets are located, SVF is deployed by laser guided CAT scan to within 1mm of the area in question seen on MRI.

At Phoenix Stem Cell Treatment Center we have been studying the effects of SVF (rich in mesenchymal stem cells and growth factors) for a number of orthopedic conditions. We have evidence that may be effective in avoiding orthopedic surgery in certain patients. Many of our innovative deployment methods are based on techniques used around the world and also used in the veterinary experience.

All of our deployments are performed by a board certified surgeons with decades of medical experience. We have several types of eye injections that are IRB Institutional Review Board approved and we have specially designed a deployment that is best suited for orthopedic conditions which combines systemic with local approaches and emphasizes safety for our patients. The SVF is taken from your own fat and the deployment injections are done intravenously and deployed in the area of concern. Multiple treatments may be required. The entire procedure is done with local anesthesia and takes approximately 3 hours.

We care about our orthopedic patients at Phoenix Stem Cell Treatment Center and take pride in the time we provide to our patients to deploy the best investigational protocols to help our patients achieve their goals.   Please call at 480-513-3376 to find out more information or schedule a consultation.
